6 Secure Cam Lock Buckle and/or Metal Attaching Clip to chair, then depending on the width of the strap, thread strap as shown.

Pull Strap for desired tight fit.
- Thread the Strap. If the Strap has a Finger Loop, the Finger Loop should be on the top.
- It is to be used only for positioning.
