TherAdapt Prone Stander

Description

The TherAdapt Prone Stander supports and bears weight through the lower extremities to assist children with developmental disabilities in standing. It is advised for patients with greater head control, to strengthen the extensor muscles, and to give a useful position for play and upper-extremity use, similar to the majority of prone standers. Users of various ages can choose from three sizes. It is advised that those who need anterior support, exhibit developing head and trunk control, or are starting to right themselves from a prone posture utilize the Prone Stander. The user can stand at eye level with his peers’ thanks to the innovative design of the knee and trunk components. For academic and social engagement, this is advantageous. It also encourages a sense of stability in one’s posture.
