How to Use
- Gently insert the Nampon™ into the affected nostril.
- Apply gentle external pressure. The plug will expand to stop bleeding.
- Remove carefully once the bleeding stops. Repeat as needed.
- If bleeding lasts more than 15 minutes, seek medical attention.
