Description
McKesson LiquiBand Exceed Topical Skin Adhesive is a sterile, single-use tissue adhesive containing octyl cyanoacrylate. It is used to heal major surgical and trauma wounds. LiquiBand is a wound-sealing bandage that forms a strong microbial shield to help protect wounds as they heal. Users can work at their own pace with up to 90 minutes of intraoperative use thanks to the no-clog formulation and tip, which allows for simple and precise dosage. The elliptical-shaped applicator tip allows for narrow or wide application, giving you more options.

How to use LiquiBand Exceed Topical Skin Adhesive
- While holding upright, squeeze the applicator wings until a cracking sound is heard.
- Invert the tip and gently squeeze wings to prime the device. When the tip turns violet, LiquiBand Exceed is ready to use.
- Ensure that wound is thoroughly clean and dry prior to closure.
- While holding the wound edges together, apply an even coat of LiquiBand Exceed over the length of the wound.
- Continue to hold the wound edges together for 60 seconds.
