Drive Headrest Extension for Wallaby Pediatric Folding Wheelchair is to be used with Drive Wallaby Pediatric Folding Wheelchair (Code WB1200 & WB1400). It provides additional support for taller users. It is width and height adjustable. It is used on bus-transit models to prevent head whiplash during rear-end collision.

• How to install:
  – To install headrest extension, remove end caps
  – Adjust width of headrest extension by removing headrest cover by opening Velcro flap
  – Separate the two sections and insert them individually into sockets on the back of the chair
  – Reattach the flaps
  – Replace headrest cover
