Its strong, transparent hydrogel is cool and soothing to the touch, and when removed, it will not dry out or stick to the underlying tissue. This is a transparent hydrogel that is impermeable to bacteria but permeable to moisture. It is cool and soothing to the touch, and when removed, it does not dry out or adhere to the underlying tissue, reducing the risk of maceration.
