Description
The CanDo Over Door Exercise Pulley With Bar And Tubing can be employed in either a standing or seated posture. Exercises both the superficial and deeper lying muscles. The exercise bar can be used in both isometric and dynamic exercises. Both ends of the foam-padded exercise bar have tubing attached to them. The swivel-pulley mechanism is then connected to the tubing. By shutting the door on the provided door anchor, the pulley is fixed to the top of the door or in the side door jamb. When you close the door, you have an immediate exercise station.
