Advanced Orthopaedics Air-Gel Ankle Brace with its pneumatic and gel chambers are state-of-the-art. Removable Air-Gel bladders can provide for “cold” therapy. Helps eliminate swelling and edema. For acute injuries when the ankle is still tender or swollen. Use when either walking or jogging. Fits either left or right ankle. It is indicated for subacute ankle sprains, chronic ankle instabilities or prophylactic.

• Sizing:
  – Universal design fits most ankles
  – Fits right or left ankle
  – Adjustable heel width strap
• How to Apply:
  – Wear brace over socks
  – Place the plastic shells on the sides of the ankle with the foot on the bottom heel piece
  – Adjust the heel width if needed for a proper fit. While holding the plastic shells together, wrap the lower than the upper strap and fasten with hook and loop closures
  – The shells should be parallel with the leg and the brace centered on the ankle bone
  – Once both straps are fastened, readjust the straps to ensure a proper fit
  – Fit should be snug but not so tight it pinches or it constricts circulation
  – Wear over socks and with an athletic type shoe
  – Removable liners can be placed in refrigerator for use in cold therapy

  – Spot clean with a damp cloth
  – Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring)
  – Air dry away from heat
  – Do not tumble dry
  – Do not bleach
